BBS rims.??? help to decide

I'm about to get some used BBS rims with tires in great condition. 18 inches,BBS R8 8J, 5/114.3. Rims are 9" wide. Back space is 6". Offset is 25. Tires: toyo proxes F24, 235 40Z R18, ultra high performance.
Do you guy think itz going to fit on my speed 3? I live in nyc area.
Will TPMS light be on all the time?

Hey means you'll have to cut and pull the fender out a lot. madvillian on here did it to his MS3.

Aroung 200 dollars, he will sell me all 4 rims. Whichs, 2 good rims and tires.
1 good tire, and two repairable rims

Do yourself a favour and pass on these - the 2 good rims that you'll be getting won't even fit your car without extensive fender work.
