badge removal

has anyone removed there mp3 badge.
i just think that advertizing our mp3 players on the car is not to good of an idea.
i am curently looking into a company that will make new ones costome. that would suck if there is a hole behind them.

There are two holes behind the one on the back. Mine got stolen last week. The holes are 3 1/2 inches apart.

those holes on the back trunk are for the protege badge.

ah f i thought it might be clean&smoth under there.i am now thinking of pulling all i mean ALL decals and badges off. but what can i put in those holes.maybe a vtec badge to piss off the honda boys. ha

Just a funny badge story I had to share with you all. I'm driving around going to lunch, and I pull up behind this late 80's, early 90's BUICK...underneath the buick letters, dude's got a maxima badge (the big one) and then over on the left side of his trunk, he had a Triton V8 badge from a Dodge Ram...There might have been more/others, but I couldn't find them because my eyes were tearing from laughing so hard...

Scott that's a pretty funny story, but a Triton V8 is made by Ford, Dodge makes the Magnum V8.

I've got the rear Protege and Mazda symbols shaved off mine. I've got no pics of it yet. But I will soon.

We welded the four holes and repainted the trunk. Looks really really really clean.

Why would you want to debadge a limited edition car....thats my 2 cents. The car is going to get broken into whether you have the badges or not so I say leave them on. They look awesome
