Bad day so far.... ticket involved. How is you day so far?

He had a non-cancerous tumor in his head. Surgery to remove it yesterday took 14 hours and afterward he had a stroke. Today he died. The surgery was too hard on his body.

He's about my age, 30-35. He's actually the first cousin of two of my best friends. He was really a great guy.

thats kool the R32 would make a good daily driver but there are alot of little things i couldnt deal with namely the clutch and the wacky AWD system. I guess i shouldnt go into the many many cars i have driven but i still stick with one of my favorites the late 90's BMW M5

the 00 and 02's were sick. my cousin has a black one with dinan mods. my all time favorite is still the e46 m3. i still want 2 drive a f40 though.

and really sorry about ur friend eric.

damn eric sorry to hear man, my best thoughts with their friends and family

Damn man, I'm really sorry. That sure as hell puts everything else in perspective.

sorry to hear about your friend Eric.

If it makes anyone feel better, you guys can go buy a MSP at the Subaru dealership in Columbus. they just put it up like two days ago.

But yeah the past two days have sucked. First I stayed up too late and got into work late, then last night I was helping my buddy work on the house he just bought(exactly 10 minutes ago) and now my neck and my back(don't start singing the song, I beg you aMuff, lol) are hurting real bad. and I think I might have messed up my knee again since it shoots a pain all the way from my knee to my toes.

My dads laid off...Again. And he just seems to take his anger of being laid off out on me with every chance he can he will yell and b**** and cut me down.

Yeah well he will do that to you cuz, well.....your his son. don't pay attention to his outbursts, and don't say anything, it will only make things worse.

This morning I started my car up via remote start and then I proceded to go out and brush off the snow from last night. Once I got in my car and started down the road i noticed my driver side mirror was off. I started moved it back and as soon as I did that my 8500 went nuts telling me I just got lazered. I wasn't sure how fast I was going but the limit was 35 and I was over(pry not by much). Didn't see any cops around but I was freaking out because the last thing I wanted today was a ticket. Got half way to work and wanted to adjust my mirrors again...it went off again..same thing. I am guessign that something in the power mirrors is causing the radar to go off...no idea how though.

My condolences to you and his family Eric. There are no words to make the grief ease, only time can do that.

He was 6'10" tall. That's going to be a big casket. Oddly, that's one of the first things that went through my twisted little brain last night when I heard about the ill affects of the surgery and the stroke.

I hope i'm not bursting you bubble, but you do know that the e46 is Ford's long block with some extra work done to the head and whatnot

yes but it has ITBs and that makes it all better.

Sorry to hear about that eric and hey about the casket thing its better to laugh at things and enjoy the persons life instead of constantly mourn...at least thats what i would prefer if something happened to me

take Shannon's funeral for example, it was unavoidable not to laugh and his Mom said it was ok after that when we felt horrible and had to confess.

yeah matty felt great when he was bouncing and the girl started to rub his back kause she thought he was crying HUH!

I need to talk to Dru, (can't get ahold of her today for some reason) but I think I'm going to drive to Indiana tomorrow for Friday's funeral, then back on Saturday.

Not exactly the kind of road trip I would hope for.

didn't make it any better that he was sitting there kneeing me as I am holding my face in my hands, practically crying out of laughter and a lot of shame. I felt so horrible but there was no way not to. HUH>>>>>HUHUUHUUH

Ok shadow, go die so I can laugh at you, lol. but yeah I know what you mean. when my cousin died from cancer she told my mom and I to not cry because she always laughed with us around. (friday) drink to my cousin and erics friend: good people are never forgotten.

I'm sure there's some context that you're missing on Korey and Scott's account of Shannon's funeral, 2nr.

Also, I talked to Dru. She said it's up to me, so I think I'll take off early tomorrow morning.

judging by his previous post i think he did get the context but i had to reread it and think about it. i thought the same thing you thought at first.
