That is a good point that I didn't realize until just recently. I've dumped several thousand into my car and it is slower now than it ever was. I re-evaluated what I wanted to do and set new goals for myself. All of this pointless bickering back and forth will only make the end result that much sweeter.Matthew said:

For most people this would probably be a financial possibility, but it still has a lot of problems getting it to be legal in America. Anyone can sign their name to a bunch of papers and throw a lot of money at the DMV. This car makes absolutely no sense. That is what I love about it. It looks like a GroupB Audi Quattro. He transplanted shortened Quattro drivetrain and a monster turboed 2.8V6 from a Passat. Good times!
This car still occasionally shows up at an SCCA ProRally. He always seems to have problems, but man he goes like stink till it breaks!

Xel, I got the pictures from a board member with an AWD 99 sport20, he lives in Japan. his board name is Ichigo. He has a large collection of modification pictures that he has taken while working on his car, most of them interior pieces, and engine bay shots, but recently he upgraded to Autoexe suspension, and that's where I got these pics. He speaks English so I don't see why you can't PM him for any questions =)
Not sure if his car is auto or not, I'd guess auto tho. But as for a manual AWD car, I heard they were auto only as well, be something to ask Ichigo. You said you only searched for AWD manuals from 2001-2003, but the sport 20 awd has been around since 98 or 99 I believe
