I'm working on my senior-History-major-final-big-thesis-paper. My topic, which I got to choose, is the revival of the American auto industry after WWII. I'm interested in what the automakers took away from war production, what they applied to post-war manufacturing, and what it meant for the industry. I'm not finding much out there. (headshake
I was wondering if any of you, being car-nuts like myself, knew of any really good books on the topic, or useful (online) archives of auto-industry information. (dunno)
Thanks!
