Haha...great thing is my wife's idea of support is letting me have my freedom to attend events. Now back to our regularly scheduled on topic thread.

OK folks, I went autocrossing this past Sunday. Bridgestone Potenza RE-11a front tires, NeoGen rear, CorkSport rear sway stiffener, the rest is pure stock. Here are the vids, enjoy:

Last car of the last heat of a long day. Of course I would get a rerun... (timing error). After waiting the mandatory 5 mins. Made my way back to the line. I was already determined to make this run count... and then the Blue Angels flew over head in formation and that really pumped me up! Game on!

PAX'ed 12th out of 101 for the day!

First day on R-S3's. I like them

That vette was fast, and sounded absolutely wicked from pit lane when it was coming down the front straight. Must've been one of the fastest cars out there.

I don't know. I know a guy in a Miata took out one, but not sure if anyone noticed. I was just having a blast with how well the car was handling now.

Cones just get im the way. Ive actually hit one cone in my last 5 autocrosses. Which is sad since that means I can go sharper in turns.

NEOkla run on 11/7/2014 - autocross

Best run of the day.

I'm going to try to make a better video mount, hooking to each head rest, for next year.

I am second in points in H Street class for the year.

Here's a shot from our 2nd to last event, and a video. It was 28F with a 10mph wind and gusts to 30mph. Grip was iffy at best. https://vimeo.com/112546169

I made a bunch of errors on this run, mostly because of the grip. Sometimes the car would turn in and stick, other times a slow mid corner push. Can't wait for spring.

So I took my 2 to a timeattack event last week, snatched the pics from the event page.
I keep staring at my stock wheels now and am having a long hard think if I should replace the 14" steelies for 15" aluminum wheels given that I don't have the garage space to store it if i do switch.
