Auto trans fluid

How do I change the trans fluid on a '98 1.5 auto? The Haynes manual is a joke...

It will be much less hassle if you just go to a shop. For around $50, they will hook up a machine to your tranny, drain it and flush it, and then fill up with brand new fluid. I think its totally worth it then doing it yourself.
