Been noticing this recently the more I drive around. I've got the i-Touring without the Infotainment system and I've noticed that when the Bluetooth connect upon starting the car it automatically starts playing. Even if the radio is set to FM. Another annoying thing is it doesn't always play where it left off. It will default to playing All Songs rather than the last selected track, album, or podcast. Kind of a pain in the ass since you have to take out your phone and reselect what you want to play OR you don't notice and it drains your phone battery because it's still transmitting Bluetooth data.
I'm really wishing I had put the extra money down for the Infotainment... The chart says its Port Installed but my dealership said they can't go back and install one... (mad)
I've noticed that my Dads VW GLI does something similar so it may be an iPhone problem rather than Mazda.
