Auto Cross this weekend

Hey guys I'm heading to Dartmouth this weekend for the autocross event. Anyone else planing on attending? Might be cool to see some other Mazda's there

Sorry I should have posted where it was

I wasn't sure but checked with another guy from work that's going. It's at the Leon's in Burnside. Registration is from 9am till about 11. I'll probably be there around 10:30. I don't have a helmet so hopefully they can lend me one. I guess they have loaner ones.

Hope to see you there. I haven't seen a Mazda speed yet ! I saw one on the highway headed towards the valley on the weekend. not sure if that was you or not.

Well it was an interesting day to say the least. when we showed up there was about 25-30 cars and cones everywhere. We got 4 runs.

One thing stood out that I need to work on: Staying inside the F'ing cones! Out of 4 runs I got 3 DNF for missing a cone.

My best time notwithstanding my eratic driving was a 54.8. I was pretty happy with it. My best, and only, official time was a 57.2.

I was convinced my last run was good but apparently I zigged when I should have zagged.

Anyone who wants to try this sport I would highly recommend it. It was the most fun I've ever had in my car. The people were awesome, even if it was freakin cold.

I will be doing it again.

Nice to meet MazdaDryvr in person and look at your sweet car. I must say Mazda's were everywhere with my Pro5, the Mazdaspeed, tons of Miata's, MX-6, and an old RX-7.
