Are you happy with your MS3 and is it trouble free?

Every forum you go on is going to have people complaining about something. I don't think any car has been built perfect. I have 14,000 miles on my car and have not had any problems. This is such a great car for the money sometimes I feel like Mazda corporate made a mistake and should have priced the car at $30,000. I have never regretted buying this car and hope when its time to trade her in a couple years from now that either there will be a 2011 Mazda Speed3 available or something else with this performance for such a great value.

As my license plate says... MS3 FTW

Just hit 10K with no problems aside from a CEL that extinguished itself. I must be living right- I don't have any squeaks or rattles at all.

So far, this has been the best new car I have ever purchased. For reliability and just plain balls to the wall fun.

This car is the s***. (eekdance)

Almost 16K here with no problems...and mine's and '07! Mazda was great about fixing the little things like the motor mount...which isn't an issue on the '08...I had a few CEL's for the shutter valve (again fixed on the '08) that mazda fixed right away and I haven't had a CEL for about 10,000 miles...i don't think I'll get another one for a long long time :) The car is fast, IMO has a better top end than an EVO...not too expensive and mods respond very well to it...it has been my favorite car to mod so far...the car has one or two squeaks/rattles that only really appear when when it gets cold out...that's it. Interior quality is as good as cars $10,000-$15,000 more. The auxilary jack is great for iPods and the interior room is nice and airy. The car also rides very well on rougher than usual pavement, which is unusal for a car that handles so well...but that's what mazda is known for...get a CAI, listen to the bpv and you'll be hooked for life...psssssshhhhhhh....zoom zoom!

28,000+ miles. About 2500 miles on the track. Great car! And it brings home the bacon!

I keep seeing this thread pop back up top on list and every time I see it only thing that comes to mind is: "if your happy and you know it clap your hands...." - shouldnt read the forum when Im half asleep...

7 months and 6,000 miles, both recalls performed, no problems other than the windshield creak (which I usually dont hear due to moderate music volume, usually played between vol. setting 9-14).

You will have much better luck with this car than a VW or any American make for that matter.

You made the right choice.

Im new here but could'nt be any happier only has 750m and
i can sleep at night .Used to own an 04svt kennebell cobra w/627 rwhp on
93oct.

This is my third mazda and the first two never had any type of problems at all..... then I bought a cobalt ss supercharged which I am not liying went for service repairs more than 20 times. The quality on mazda's in my opinion is far better than any other vehicles in their price range, not only that look at the reviews for the mazda 3 since their first year out! They are always on top!

My MS3 is an upgrade from my 2006 Mazda3 sedan. The Mazda 3 was absolutely reliable. I've also had zero issues with the MS3. Its' a really solid car and is way ahead of anything out there for the $$$$.

I have a '07 GT that I got in early June. I have put about 10,500 miles on it so far, and other than my front tires wearing out faster than I can rotate them, I have had absolutely NO problems. Hell, even the stock summer tires have been great in the winter here in Minnesota. I don't baby the car, but I don't beat it either, so I think my experience is fairly typical. I have an Injen cai, and no other performance mods. No cels, no smoke, no oil leaks, no rattles (even at -15 degrees). The car has been a total joy. (headbang)
