AP Map/Mod Question

Once I get my TBE installed, would it be safe to run the Underboost stage 2+ map with a CPE CAI and ETS TMIC ??? I use 93 octane too btw if that matters..... If theres even a hint of this combo not being engine safe I'll scrap the idea all together. I couldn't afford a new engine.
 
No one knows until you try, but I would start with the overboost map first, and log data. Go from conservative to less conservative.
 
I thought I read somewhere the CPE CAI causes underboost because of the way its shaped ??? Either way, being the guinea pig is no fun =(
 
it does but the tmic can cause overboost. Do what you want but I would go from most conservative to least conservative If I wanted to avoid damaging my engine.
 
it will run like s***. everytime i tried changing somthing that the AP wasnt tuned for i lost power. you gotta pretty much only do whats within the maps limits or it will not run right. try it with the stock intake on the stage two map and it might work OK.
 
last weekend, I tried the stage 2 TMIC MSF map with my ETS and was overboosting and got boost cut (was peaking at 22-23 psi)
so what DREAD said really make sense

I'm not sure if we should use the "STAGE 2 non-FMIC" or the "stage2 fmic overboosting", I guess the non-fmic map would be safer?!
