just seeing if anyone else is watching the knockouts on Spike TV. great show, fight night live is tonight also. great show if you've never seen it. jam packed tonight. right now it's just best knockouts. these are some big boys i must say. i still have time to get this big (fight) (alright)

I was watching it at the bar earlier. Good to see some Tank Abbot knockouts.

I missed it I guess. But the last few were kinda boring and I'm getting tired of the 3 rounds with no knock outs. I find myself yelling at the guys on the screen when they're against the fence and usually change the channel out of frustration. I'm going to watch the Friday night one though and I'm sure they'll end up playing tonights episode later on in the week. They usually do that anyhow.

you musta missed ultamite knockouts before the main events then lara. and was one of the better nights of UFC. go i remember ordering Xyience after first season with very little publicity, now the stuff is everywhere. so if you want the stuff for cheap, don't go to GNC, go to dpsnutrition.com lowest prices on everything. my 2 cents for you muscle buffs and fitness lady(s), caugh lara caugh, like in the commercial with the round chick. they did an encore after it, not sure next time. you'd have to check your local listings in your weekley ad thing. i know friday there is a payper view i think. so they might do it again friday or saterday night.
