ANYone want to buy my ms3?

Well, I definitely understand you not wanting a car that gives you problems. Everytime something is wrong with my car I want to do an insurance job on it but I won't.

If your car is still having problems just make sure mazda fix's everything until your happy. Don't sell the ms3. That's my opinion.

The car can be fast as ****, just needs mazda to fix all the little bulls***.

And before my MSP, I had a FWD 99 or 98 Altima I don't recall what year, I'm drinking at 3:00pm lol. I was going to do the BluEBIRD FWD sr20 swap. In the end, I probably would of spent alot more money on the altima than the MSP. Modding included.

I think in the end it's .... new car > old car.
yea that is true...it really sucks when i get my car back and then i have to take it back for repair..i really like the car i was driving it and jsut imagined driving in a busted up 240sx that id be working on...seems more realistic for that to be set aside as a project car that i can take my time on and do things right instead of rushing and messing up

In all honesty (and all jokes aside) do you want to drift? I don't see any other reason to buy a 240SX right now other than the RWD goodness. And if you do want to drift, there are other options :)

I used to hang out with 240 guys and everyone ALWAYS had something wrong with their car :/

Alright I'd like to see you try to drift a FWD car. You can't drift anything. Lol, so are you getting it for aesthetic value or what? I haven't seen a fast 240 in quite some time now save the one kid who dropped an LS1 in his.

I'm sorry if I'm offending you, but I still haven't caught the reasoning behind wanting one besides the fact that you like them? And that's reason enough.... I guess. BUT YOU HAVE A SPEED :(

Seems like you bit more than you could chew and can't afford the ms3 anymore. If that's the case I can understand. I hope you've come to terms with the fact that you'll more than likely lose quite a bit selling so early. Also it's probably better to remove the mods and sell them separately.

i really like the body style. the ms3 is badass and i really like it but i have always liked the 1993 240sx

man I know exactly where your coming from. I've always loved the 240sx and boy I have plans on hooking one up. Realistically unless you have plenty of money laying around and another car to drive daily, it will be HELL for you. Engine, parts, car, maintaince, upgrades, etc..etc. Once you realize the amount of time and money you have to put into it, its not worth it....unless u have the money. OR you can buy one already hooked up. As for me, I'm still going to hook up a 240 in the future or once I have more then enough money flat out and buy a used R34 Skyline. (glare)

HA! thats if you have the 2.3 liter and not my POS 2.0 PZEV. fudge ozone i want more speed DAMN THEY REALLY DOOPED ME! AND DAMN I REALLY SHOULDNT HAVE JUMPED INTO IT BALLS 1ST AND NOT SEEEING WHAT I CAN REALLY AFFORD...and i should have returned it and got the 2.3 liter fully hooked up after realizing i had better credit than i thought...damn thats a huge realization(sad2) (friday)

i can afford this and i am not offended, yes my reason would be because i like the car...its jsut something that started lingering in the back of my head recently.."ive always wanted one" but like i said earlier..ill put it aside as a "project car" because i still do like my speed3 alot (thats y i bought it) and i need a reliable car for school and work

That's the spirit. This train of thought gives you a lot more time too. You can plan what your ultimate goal is for the car ahead of time and look for a car as close to that goal as possible, then work on it from there. An older car will have lots of problems, especially if it's modded by a shadetree mechanic. The last few years they made them they were gorgeous cars, and I'm definately a fan of RWD. I just don't think they should be anything more than toys. Thats the responsible way to look at it. (Responsible in the sense that your real priorities require you to be able to make it to work/school/swedish massage parlor, ect)

If you like the car then get the car! Don't let other people try to talk you down from it. If it will make you happy then go for it! I had a friend with a stock 240 and it ran great until he wraped it around a tree.

I have no idea. I found it randomly on some portuguese site and thouht it was so great I would add it to my sig. I love your 300 Dance sig by the way. I can watch it all day and it still makes me crack up!

Well, perhaps he realizes a quick and easy sale on this forum is now out of the question, so he's had time to think it over.

I'd definitely keep the Speed 3 for now, and not make any rash decisions. When we get these impulsive ideas in our head, many times it ends up being the wrong decision. I'd keep your Speed 3 up to the warranty, then look into something new. If you keep it in good shape cosmetically, this is a car that will still have a nice value and demand used. There's no rush, so just take your time, and have little doubt on your next car decision. Good luck. :)
