Anyone using the driveshaft shop axels for the protege's

Saw this today and was wondering if anyone has had experince using this and what they thought about them.

$600 seems a little steep, but if they hold up to 450hp with full slicks I'm sure they're worth it!! Maybe I'd be interested in buying a "stage 1" axle...something up to about 250hp

yea they only have that axel for the protege right now

GOTZOOM is the one who gave his axles as a template for them to make these axles. Right now he as a set on his P5. Maybe he will chime in. Actually $699 is not to bad considering the Mazdaspeed axles go for $307 each and they are only 2mm bigger then our stock axles........

I used there axles on my Honda....very nice stuff and it held up to lots of abuse.

has the stock one would do, i have used my original axles all summer and they have 230 000km and they have not show any sign that they would brake. I have a first generation with a gtx engine want to the track about 100 time this summer and did all 14 run and a couple of mid 13 run. By the way, i have a very heavy foot so they took a lot of abuse.
