Anyone try eBay MazdaSpeed Pedals?

I bought that same set, but decided I didn't want to do any drilling so I only kept the dead pedal. The auction says they're OEM, but they're just 3rd party knockoffs (there is no such official Mazdaspeed pedal kit that you can buy from Mazda). Nevertheless, the quality is pretty decent and the deadpedal has held up well over the last year that I've had it installed.

I can't vouch for the seller, but the pedals should be fine. I used to sell these kinds of pedals for some other non-Mazda applications.
And about the OEM, they could be OEM accessories jut not for the U.S. market.
For example the ones I sold were OEM Toyota accessories for Taiwan.

How will the dead pedal attach in our cars? I think our dead pedal is just a block of foam under the carpet so I'm not sure what the aftermarket one would screw/bolt to. I wouldn't mind having a better one though.

The screws just go into the foam under the carpet. It doesn't seem very sturdy when you think about it, but in practice the deadpedal stays put just fine.
