Anyone tried Progress Group Springs??

they are a1.5 inch drop

i emailed progress today so i should hear back soon

as soon as i get a reply ill post back

the company's name is "Progress Group"

i got a reply from progess last night and i got ahold of the spring rates

from the looks of it Tein has the best spring rates for lowering springs....

After i have seen most of the spring rates i think i am going to end up getting Coilovers... i can pick my spring rates and i have the ability to adjust everything..

so my plan suspension wise is larger rear swaybar and coilovers... i have yet to decide on coilovers....

What are the Spring Rates on them? Have you decided to replace your shocks? If so what spring rates are you planning to run? If you are going to run Teins are they more than 25% stiffer over stock? If so I would recommend getting shocks.

if i get coilovers i will go all out...

i would like to get 550 lb-in in the front and 600-700 in the rear...

i plan on road racing my car also next year too...

i really dont mind a rough ride everyday .... the gains will definitely out weigh the negatives...

and im thinking of keeping the front swaybar and getting a custom tubular rear swaybar
