the wiring looks VERY VERY easy, I did all of the wiring in about 10 min. The only semi difficult part was making the hole for the switch to go in. For this I dremel'd out a small hole (square) in one of the empty slots on in the dimmer switch pannel (you can pop off the little panels individually by taking a small screwdriver (i used one out of an eyeglasses kit) and putting it on the side and working it out.
Other than that the wiring was very easy, everything was crimped already and it was just plug and play. As far as power, you just need to wire it to the positive battery terminal. It has a relay and a fuse built in to deal with the increased power.
As far as mounting... It is going to be a b****, but it will fit and look nice. I mocked it up last night. I am just going to need to make a custom bracket. Or pick one up at a hardware store. I haven't decided which one I will go with yet, anyone have any suggestions as to what to do? there is one hole that I can see through the hole, I can mount it to that but im not sure how well it will support the light.
At a last resort I can just mount it to the top of the hole. However it will stick out a bit to far for my taste. I was wanting it to sit back in the hole a bit more.
One thing to be noted. If you pop out that black mesh. You can see, if you look closely. The holes and whatnot to hole the above mentioned mesh piece in. You can still see it slightly (if you are within 2 feet) with the light in place. The light will not completely cover it. However moving back a bit you cannot see it anymore.
I any case, I will post tomorrow letting you know how I attacked the above problems. Will let you know.
