dont think anyone is staggered seeing that staggered wheels typically go on RWD cars.... but it'd be interesting to see a staggered set on a FWD car with the 18x9 up front.
staggered wheels on a hatchback, IF done correctly, look amazing....may just be my long VW roots talking tho haha. Either way I gladly sacrifice the minuscule difference in performance for the sex appeal
I should be getting my new wheels (18x7.5 fronts, 18x9 rear) within the next week or so, look for some tires that will fit, do alignment and have them on the car soon...
in the meanwhile, for all of you who say they never saw a staggered setup on a fwd car, enjoy the following couple pictures:
Tigermack runs a 18x9.5 with 285's front and 17x9 with 245's rears for auto'x. Works good for him.
that's sort of the complete opposite of what you're conventionally trying to achieve when talking about "staggered" - tho i do agree for track/auto-x applications the reverse-staggered setup helps on a FWD
