Didn't do it for me like I imagined. Maybe just because I went in with high expectations.

My thoughts exactly. It definately could have been better...like Vampire Hunter D & VHD: Bloodlust.

despite what everyone says i did like it, i thought it kicked ass, an 8 out of 10, wasnt as stupid and anime-ish as i thought it was gonna be, i'd prob go see it again in the movies cuz u can always get deeper into it and see things that really made the movie, but Pirates was a def 9 or 9.5 i thought that s*** kicked ass, but i'm def gonna buy underworld when it comes to DVD and Pirates too
