anyone play NFSU2 yet?

I picked it up the other day. The racing is really good IMO. Also the detail to ricing out the cars is nice too. But how the people in it talk just kills me.

Try updating your video card driver or lowering the graphics setting. Also if you downloaded it, its possible you got a bad version.

I don't think it's my Video card. I have the GeForce FX 5900XT 256 DDR and running the 66.81 whql drivers. I have 1 GB of RAM and running a P4 3.0Ghz with 800FSB. I've installed the patch for the game, too.

i got it for xbox and i think it ******* rules. the whole tuning part of the game is ******* sweet...........anybody think this same way???????????????????

I got it for Xbox, and I think its worlds better then the first one. SImply for the fact that you get to "explore" while going from race to race, and you dont have to "win" races to unlock all the upgrades.

All in all, I would give the gamea 7 out of 10.

i have it for xbox as well.. my problem is i don't want to get any of the unique upgrades now that i already have a couple, as they aren't interchangeable between cars just like the rest of the parts.

I bought it two days ago for xbox, and I think it's a lot better than the first one. the fact that you have a city where you can drive, and find races makes it interesting. you get to be in DVD covers and magazing, and they give you money for the sponsorship (sp?), and they put a lot more stuff into it than the first one, like hydrolics and suicide doors. but the graphics are pretty much the same, maybe a little better. I give it a 9 out of 10.


BTW: excuse the spelling, it's almost 3am.

I just picked it up today for PS2. it is sick... much better than the first... the online section is pretty extensive too. it's hard to keep up though there are aleady guys with some sick numbers online. It's work every penny!

I had the same driver it kept crashing and giving me a blue screen with a bunch of crap then reset my pc so I went to an older driver.

yeah if it weren't for the NOS pruges and blow off sounds i'd play it with the volume down.

Just picked up my Escalado. 24 inch spinnars, lvl 2 hydros and sound. Next its off to the paint shop for it.

My Hachi-set up for uber drifting, and sprints. I really dont like the crcuits, except for the URS ones on courses.

I have not unlocked that yet. Still just cruising around, and finishing my first sponsor contract. 1 more win in the URL and Its finished.

The downhill Drift is insane, Kida hard though in level 3, You need uber points to win and there's still traffic on the raod while you drifting. So it can be nerve racking.

I have about 70 % of the parts unlocked, and I have a RX-7, and RX-8 and a GTO. and of the escalade of course. The 7 is a beast right off the show room floor and is an awesome drift car. My 8 is a pretty fast but its more of my show car with over 6 stars.
