anyone know how to...

Three Nuts on each side inside trunk....Also need to unplug the Third brakelight harness....I cant remember...but there might be two sided tape as well on each baseplate.

You do realize you are gonna have some good sized holes left in the trunk right?

yes i realize the hole thing. and i got the nuts off just cant figure out how to get the wing off cuz of the tape...heat gun maybe?

ya heatgun on inside of the trunk - or just pull it off and use the heat to remobe any residue

I read somewhere that you can use fishing line to saw through it after it's been sitting in the sun for a bit on a hot day. And for any leftover sticky stuff try an adhesive remover. 3M makes one I think.
I was thinking of taking my spoiler off as well. But sometimes I like it, and sometimes I want it off. I'll probably end up buying an extra trunk lid.

well if i was you i would just try to work it off you have to be real easy with the heat gun cause you can mess s*** up fast if your not carefull

Just dont take it off!!!! However if your dead set on removing the b**** I would try dental floss or fishing line and pull underneath the wing with that.

I used my creditcard to work it free. Your obviously going to need it filled and painted so do what ya gotta do.

Yeah the double sided tape really holds that thing down. I used a buddies heat gun and it was still a pain to get off the trunk. I want to someday get the holes filled or get a cf trunk but for the time being I used nylon plugs. They fit very tight and even a high pressure car was does not let it leak. Just an idea. here is my wingless look

Nice shot! Man, that makes me want to take mine off. Where did you get the nylon plugs for the trunk?

Home Depot. They have them in different sizes and what not. I forgot what section they were in though.
