Hmm, for the price it seems a bit dated. An iPod is less money, holds more, and can be integrated well with the 3 stock stereo with an iceLink. Have you looked into that?

I didn't have a need for a portable system. Also tne Keg integrates into my Kenwood headunit so there are no modifications or extra parrts needed. It runs like a cd changer.

I love it!

I'd never heard of that iceLink before, and I have a G3 40g iPod that I've wanted to connect to my Mazda 3. Do you yourself have that setup going? Any pics? How-To's?

Here's what you need. Installation is quite simple. Remove the stereo from the console, plug in one end of the ICElink into the same connector that you'd plug in your OE Mazda tape deck or MD player and reinstall the stereo. The other end of the ICElink plugs into the bottom of your iPod and also recharges it as well. With the ICElink you can use the steering wheel controls to move between tracks.

Kinda pricey at $229 for the link and another $30 for the cradle. Sounds like a Christmas present to me. :) Thanks again for the info.
