Anyone have a sound clip of a BOV on their Speed3??

Just wanting to hear one before I look into wanting one. I had a really loud BOV on our WRX when we had it. I don't want to buy a BOV for the speed unless it is going to turn heads. Thanks

Turn heads you say? Then you may want an HKS SSQ.

I dont have any clips that are good quality... But, I currently have it set up to VTA. It's VERY loud.

People say that it makes your car back fire, hesitate between shifts, burn out your catalitic converter, fowl your plugs... (blah) I personally have not experienced any of that behaivor. Others claim they have.

So if ya got the money, try it... You can always set it up to resirk if you notice some funny behavior.

Oh, and dont let the "forum trolls" call you a ricer for a BoV set up. They can keep thier opinions to themselves.

The HKS SSQV has one of the best sounds I've heard. A friend of mine had one on his 240SX and it has made me want one since the day I heard it. I was just too emphatuated with the turkey on my MSP so I never changed it, lol. But since I have the MS3 now I'm gonna get it.

Agreed. I could find one on youtube.com. Did not really think about it. The CAI makes some pretty sick sounds now. I am pretty happy. But my wallet won't when I keep pushing the gas to hear it.
