Anyone getting a ticking noise

From their engine? I wanna say it's towards the left side of the engine. I know it's not being short on oil, I put in 4qt today cause I did an oil change, then added a little more and the dipstick says it's in the good zone, plus this has been going on since last change. Curious if anyone else is having this problem?

I also noticed tonight that I'm getting a small bit of squeal(sounds like cold breaks) when I'm turning all the way. No, I'm not hitting the breaks.

This was covered in other threads claiming it to be noise from the injectors.....supposed to be normal.
