Anyone do the dirtbike/ATV thing?

Just picked up a dirtbike last week... always looking for new ppl to ride with.

Ended up getting an '80 Chevy Luv to haul it around....

I've got property about 20 miles east of Tillamook I need to go tear up Anyone else ride?

Nice bike, I'm looking at getting one myself. I guess I'm a little too far away to go riding with though lol. How's the power of that 230? I'm looking for something just to ride around on really, don't need anything too fast.

Cool man nice bike. I ride damn near every day. I have a raptor 350. I also have a chevey LUV that i use to haul mine around. Its primer gray with a convertble top I also squeeeezed a 350 v* in mine lol. Tire smokes good.

I will have to take a pic of both. If you are ever up north by everett you should come by and ride at our track 5 acres of fun in the woods.

You have the gray pro thats always at hin right? After hin you should stay on Whidbey Island for the night (hotel down the road is cheap) and ride all day. you can bring some friends to if yould like.

The power is good... It'll be fun for a while at least. I havent been on a bike in 6 or 7 years before I got this one. I was looking at 250's, but got this at a killer price. It was a brand new 2005 clearance model. Also, if I ever decide to race I can race this in the 125 class.

I've been having all kinds of issues w/ that frickin truck. I can't be too mad considering I paid $400 for it. I've been playing w/ the idea of selling my Protege and getting an Explorer Sport Trac and throwing some black 22's on it and getting a 1G Eclipse as a daily driver.

I've got a big chunk property toward the OR coast, but due to the rules of the extended family I'm not able to ride directly on it. However it's right by Jones Creek which is a big riding area. It sucks I can't ride there, we've got near 400 acres of land that's mostly trees (not being used for anything).

That'd be pretty cool.... I'm still not sure if I'm going to show at HIN yet. I'm doubting it at this point. My thoughts on the car thing have changed a lot since I picked up this toy. I might still go though. Maybe I'll bring a truck up and the bike. That sounds like fun.

(enguard) I definetly dont hate you, just hate to lose to you. lol and rob but i loose to rob every time so i have come to terms with that. lol

I dont do the car show thing any more also. I sold the protege and got an RX7. The RX7 is to much fun to drive to park it for 24 hours. That and i am putting a new motor in it at the moment. Bad o ring.

are you close to Sand lakes OR. thats my favorite place to ride. Best sand in the west. well.... best sand in a driving dist for my truck.

Sand Lake is pretty good... I went to high school near there.

Florance, OR is even better. People go from all over to ride the dunes there.

I don't know how much sand riding I'll be doing. Changing the tire out for a day of riding doesnt sound like a lot of fun. I need to find a used wheel so I can throw a paddle on there for quick change.

Still trying to figure out how to get my bike and car up.... I might get a trailor or something and use my car.

I need to get my car shot while I'm up there. I really don't think I'm going to show this year... too much headache for all that crap.

i rode a 230 for a while, they are fun, now i run a honda 450r quad. the sand dunes in OR are pretty fun ( it's worth putting a paddle on for)

I bought a trailer and hitch for my MSP. So I can take my car up to get shot by Armin and bring the bike up too.


Added a few things for protection.

have fun at the shoot, armin is the man btw!! anyway i had a raptor 660 and in spring i am picking up a yzf 450! i have been riding quads for about 23 years now and i love it!! i will defiently be down at the oregon dunes when i get my new toy!!
