Any service shops in Philly that would pass me with a stock dp and a testpipe?

Here in philly you have to take your car to a service shop to get your emissions sticker. Some of these places will give you more hassels than others.

I was wondering if anybody had any experience with any inspection shops in Philly that would pass me with the stock downpipe and a test pipe.

I know I could take it off and put it back on after but I am lazy.

Do you have a cel because of the test pipe??

See the thing is they shouldn't really give you a hard time.. If you had a cel then that's a whole different story. I when I had a gutted cat, and later on a cutout, I never had any issues. I would say go to one of the Sunoco or Lukoil stations that are around.. Most of those guys dont care what you have as long as dont have a cel, and ur brakes and tires are ok.

they may do the mirror check so as long as you have atleast one cat on there and no cel's, you should be fine.
