any plans for Mazdaspeed Meet?

Yes this is forcasting fairly deep into the future.

Anyone ever plan for a "nationwide" meeting this spring/summer?
from when club si planned a nationwide meet seemed kansas/missouri was right in the middle for everyone to be fair. Everyones love for cars wanted people to meet up. Wanting to put faces behind screen names. but a few minor things have always held back the plans:

Enough time to plan things around. to trim around Work and financial situations.

No one can seem to ever agree on a date/location.

i'm in chicago so that's not a far drive for me. but anyone from those two states want to try and finalize something. like exact location to meet and date. i was thinking end of may or early june. This is far more enough time to plan if we want to make this work. Of course it would be welcome to all mazda's and car enthusiasts. Anyone with me on this? Just a suggestion i'd thought i'd bring up. It would be nice to meet you peoples!

i might be down, but it really is hard to say what ill be doing / if ill have enough money to come down to kansas/MO. im also from chicago. a meet would be cool tho, but like i saidi dunno if i can go that far

I down for the meet, of course I live in KS, so it would be a short trip. I hope it is in early spring though, cause I will be moving to Las Vegas in late spring to summer.

im in CT.....and ill be honest. I am all gung ho for a meet.....but i dont think i will drive to MO for one......maybe at nopi nationals next year? Then there is a place and a date already set for us.....we could cruise in to nopi all together with some mp3s, that would be phat as hell.....just thoughts

that's why i posted 7-8+ months in advance hehe..lets make it happen..if not nationwide..at least a nice midwest meet. i just wanted to post it in mazdaspeed protege forum just to see the outcome. then post the more traffic high volume forums.

those are some plusses for doing it at nopi nationals. the date is settled without anyone changing their mind or anything, cuz we just go by whenever nopi is

theres also somethin for ppl to do. As opposed to driving to MO just to meet up at a hooters or something some night. Also there is a huge population there to show off our parking lot of msp/mp3s too........people may already plan on taking a cple days off from work to go to nopi next year, so its not ANOTHER weekend to take days off for a car meet......i just think it would be cool....

well i'm down for whatever...i'd be willing as long as i don't gotta drive 1000+ miles...anyone know when it's scheduled? doesn't super street do their "legs" to nopi?

That would be soo awesome rollin in to Nope Nats with all mp3's/mps's. We would probably get in a story in SCC or Super Street or something. I would be down with going. We need to get names and addy's of people that bought MP3's since obviously there's only so many owners part of this forum. That way we get better attendance. Yeah i would quit work just to show up there (Just kidding, I'd lose my MP3 if i didn't have a job). And that just wouldn't be worth the pain. Anyway, cool idea man.
