Just did this, early today. Testing out my friend's AB800 with softbox.

lighting setup:

ab800 on CR
reflector on CL
hair light hittin the wall.

orange color is because i threw my ski goggles on top of the light and it has orange lenses

Got the 4 gig version!! and i must say it makes a huge difference in buffer rates and offloading pictures!!
Much much faster.
Great investment.

Only thing is...If you are prone to losing memory cards then don't get a 4, 8,16 or 32 gig card.
If you lose it then all the pictures are gone!! Better to have 4 1 gig cards and lose one and have 3/4 of the picture than to lose 1 4 gig card and lose them all =)
