I know there are a few of the 2003.5s in the area (Blue, Yellow, and Titanium), and a 2003 Spicy Orange or two. But since that 'other' guy totaled his, I have seen no other Black Mica, other than mine.

Im just a few hours away in Lou, Ky.
Were planning on a big Mazda meet on Saturday march 13.
Will mostly be miatas, and rx7s, but theres always a few proteges, but im usually the only MSP, but there will likely be a few more this meet.
:)

I'm in Columbus AFB @ Columbus MS. I also drive a Blazing Yellow. Since I know all of you are around here, does any of you put a cold air system in your car? I am from Cali and we don't get much rain there but it is a bit rainy over here. Should I invest in the cold air system?

Well, I just found out my new Injen shipped out last night, so I'll know soon. But after a little research, I don't think the Mississippi rain will hurt. The way it sits, you'd actually have to submerge the filter to do any harm. The fender well protects it from any water splashed about.
Oh, where did you acquire your yellow MSP?

I finally got it installed last week. It took about an hour, and I broke off a couple of those plastic clips around the wheel well. It was however, well worth it. The car seems to have a little more acceleration, and it is 10x louder than stock. It scares the crap out of pedestrians! I've gone through one tank of gas with it on...picked up maybe 2-3 mpg.
As far as a meet goes, let me know! I'm off every weekend, and would be willing to meet somewhere.

Hey, there's a big car show in Memphis this weekend. If anyone else wants to, how about meeting up somewhere?

Do you mean the one they had at the Cook Convention Center? I was there with my gf. I live in Memphis. I don't own a Mazdaspeed but I do own a Blue MP3 that will be boosting by the end of April thanx to Wagner Motorsports.
