any one into airsoft?

Im not hardcore into it, but I do have a decent gun that I go out with my friends and play with.

Its a JG G36c. Only mods are a vertical foregrip. Eventually ill get rid of the High cap mag it came with, and get some regular ones.

One of the bigger local paintball places has airsoft only events every other sunday. They own several acres of land behind their facility, so its perfect. Its all organized as well.

kool, glad to see there are some people on here into it. im thinking about getting back with it. i sold all my stuff a while ago. i had an electric UTG M14 and some cheapy spring 1911. i am this >-< close to getting a WE Tech Baby Hi-Capa 3.8

yes, yes it does. Not as bad as a paintball though. My roomates and I were into it for a while, many a drunk night in the apartment having "battles". Boy did we ruin many-a-set of window blinds

alighty so i did just order it

And here's a photo album from the last scenario game my brothers and I played - Operation Grizzly Agenda

I'm in the process of selling the SCAR, it's a more cumbersome weapon than I'm used to. I really like the smaller type SMG guns. Having said that I did pickup an Echo 1 E90.

Let me know if anyone is interested in the Echo 1 SCAR, last chronoed at 420fps.

I have an Echo1 M4 AEG and a G19 gas pistol. I don't play airsoft though. I use them to do drills at home. I can shoot these in the backyard or garage where with my real M4 or G19 I can't. Makes for a much cheaper way to do training and gun drills. 10k rds of bbs is $20 where 10k rds of 5.56 is...well a lot more than $20!

I'm thinking about getting into airsoft for training purposes.

I have a Ruger Mark II .22 LR pistol for cheap live-fire training (I also have a Sig Sauer P6 and S&W 59, both 9mm), but airsoft makes even .22 LR ammunition look expensive.

The main thing that's holding me back is the fact that New Jersey treats airsoft guns as real firearms for purchase and possession, so in order to buy an airsoft pistol I need to obtain another handgun permit. Rifles (both real and airsoft) I can purchase immediately without any additional permits, because a NJ firearms permit allows the purchase of rifles and shotguns. You just need additional permits for each handgun you want to buy.

I'm trying to figure out whether an airsoft rifle could be considered an illegal "assault weapon" if it has a barrel length under 16" or more than one "evil feature" (pistol grip, collapsible or folding stock, etc.). Because if I do decide to get an airsoft rifle instead of waiting for a handgun permit, I want to go with something with a barrel and sight radius as short as possible.

I've owned a few Tokyo Marui AEG's in the past few years, got really busy going to school and working, needed the money and sold them. Looking to get into the gas pistol market though, but nothing more than that most likely.

I've done it for many years, had up to 15 AEG's at once, including a Systema M4 CQBR Max, sold them all and kept a P90, G36, and UMP. Had around 10 GBB's and Subs. Play on Sunday's and go to big OPs once in a while.

Im actually looking for a UMP45 for a long ass time, in metal not plastic...

Anyone know a place that sell them?
