Any good auto repair books to suggest?

I've been reading about cars and enjoying it for a long time, but never had the chance to practice my knowledge. Or should I say, I never took the chance to do it.

I'm looking for books that you would recommend, to help people learn about car mechanics. Just like one of these "for dummies" book. ;-)

Any suggestions? Any "must have" books?
