totalled it due to frame damage..... if i took it back, it would never ride right again..... IAC.... sure, soon as I get down there to take my junk off the car, I'll get it, & PM ya...

I would love to have the Racing Harts but I would say that the insurance company own's that car now. Find out where the car is being held and the salvage yard will probably part it out. And by the way sorry about the loss. I lost a Twin Turbo Stealth to a bent frame...never was the same.

I had a girl back into the side of my grand marquis two summers ago. She did enough damage to the passenger side doors for her insurance company to deem the car "a total loss." (well it was already a total loss but thats beside the point)

They gave me a check for the book value of the car $3200, and subtracted $20 for what the salvage would be. I asked her if I had to salvage it or if I had to fix it and the girl I spoke with said "You can do what ever you want with the car and the money. Go buy a hyundai for all I care."

So I drove it for another year and a half (with the dent in the door) and pocketed the money.

On top of that, I'm going to sell the car for another $500...so basically...the piece of s*** car was a good investment seeing as I only paid $2800 for it.

The best part was that the guy who came to appraise it though there was only 48,000 miles on it...He wasn't smart enough to realize I had come full circle and there was really 148,000 miles on it. Thats why they gave me $3200!
