Will a Cold Air Intake do any good with a stock exhaust(P5) or should the exhaust come before the intake? I don't want to put the cart before the horse.

LOL those 2 won't do anything, if you want a real HP gain you got with turbo. but if you want to stay with the NA route you should get headers/intake/exhaust (catback) the order doesn't matter as long as you get them all
