Animated Avatar? (PROBLEM FIXED 12/17/05)

Ok I see some people with animated avatars on this forum and when I try to use one I get this:

*note from Kat: I dont know how this got changed in vbulletin.. i'm assuming it was unintentinoal and just happened when we were updating. I just found the option to change it and everything should work now

The people w/ animated avatars have most likely been "grandfatherd in" as they most likely had it before the rules changed which was not too long ago...
