I will be co-captaining the team at my work for this years American Heart Association Heart Walk. Our goal is to raise at least $3,000.00 and I would love to surpass that goal with your help!
As someone who has felt the effects of cardiovascular disease in a loved one, I know I am not alone in wanting to raise funds to continue research so that we may continue the fight against heart disease and stroke.
Our goal is to increase the cardiovascular health of all Americans by 20% and reduce death from cardiovascular disease and stroke by 20% by 2020 and we need your help. If you are able to donate any amount towards our goal it would be greatly appreciated!
