Top left hole on mani, decided to take heatshield off and have a look today during recreational maintenance, bolt supposed to be in that hole?

There is suppose to be a bolt in that hole yes. Go to the dealership and pick one up or someone should be in here soon that knows the size of the bolt and you can go to the hardware store and pick it up. Without that bolt in there im assuming you have a exhaust leak?

yes it's missing... don't replace just one bolt... chances are your manifold is warped

replace ALL the nuts, bolts, and studs... they are heat stressed and will rip apart or break easily... replace the gasket and inspect the manifold for warpage... if its warped, it will still leak!

reinstall the manifold using the proper sequence and torque spec as posted in the sticky

I had that same bolt missing on my manifold..well it wasn't really missing but it was broken. The bolt head snapped off and two more were just about broken. 9 times out of 10, if one is missing, the others will end up missing or broken. Just replace them all with new hardware and you will be ok. Don't wait too long or you will end up with a very annoying exhaust leak.

Two questions, Where is the sticky for the torque pattern, looked around didnt see it. Also whats the easiest way to removes the o2 sensor in the front of the mani to get the heat shield off?
