altezzas opinions Please

Let me begin by saying that on numerous threads I have illustrated my distaste for altezzas. However, the other day I saw a 02 Sentra that had some absolutly beautiful altezzas and Im now considering doing the same thing. What got me was the fact that rather than fake CF or shiny ass platic they were painted black, much like the JDM CDM headlight conversions done on this forum. With the recent purchase of my 3.5 MSP wheels I have decided that Im going to paint my headlights and probably the badges to match. What would you guys think of getting a set of these . . . (see below) and painting them the same color as my badges/headlights/wheels?

Just get the gunmetal ones. Personally I don't like them on red, but that is just me. I was coinsidering getting them until I saw them on red.

I would get the gunmetal ones but like I said, it will be all tied it together. I would try to match as faithfully as possible the 3.5 MSP Racing Hart color and that will be used to paint the headlights, badges, and taillights.

Can someone do me a favor. Please PhotoShop the pic in the post above, give the rims, badges and and the altezzas the same finish as the 3.5 MSP wheels. Thats the look Id be going for.

Hey Cruzin you really need to get out of my head man. You are taking the ideas right out. I have been trying to figure out a way to give the hyper black look to the front and rear Mazda badges since I got it.

LMFAO ***** this is like the 4th or 5th time that we have had the same exact idea for our cars. I think Im just going to take them off, and get them painted (like I said, with a really good color matched paint) then reinstall them.

Its a damn shame you live on the east coast. It would be cool to meet some time when our rides are done, we seem to have very similer taste. Im still not sure on the 3.5 MSP lip though, until I see a good foglight installed in one I'll probably hold off.

Well with what I have just discovered about the paint (other thread) I dunno if I want to put the money into it. Of course I would have to get the lip painted so that would be an excuse to repaint the bumper and clearcoat the whole car. That would be one helluva expensive lip install huh.

And I am real curious to see how similar our rides are gonna be when they are done.

If you can pull off painting them to match, I think it'll look pretty good, and at the very least, original.
