I'm guessing those are 18's and the blue is on the outer lip of the rim, instead of a polished lip like tons of rims these days.

The wheels are GRacing SEKI, 18x7.5", and I think the offset is around +47. They're pretty light for an 18", at 18.6 lbs each, and they only rub with full cargo + 2 people in the back seat under hard cornering, but only slightly...
The tires are cheap Nankang 215/35-18. (I wish I had Kumho MX...)
Lowering is 2" all around with SPOOL springs.

The blue detail is a stripe made with a special tape. It's been there for more than 8 months without any peeling/color fading!!!.
At first I thought about painting it, but then I decided it was too radical, so the stripe works just as well, and I can easily go back any time. I took the idea from the Techart wheels (the famous Porsche tuner...).
The wheels were originally silver finish, but I had them powder coated graphite black for $100 per wheel.
