The mouth is pretty weird. I think it'll grow on me. I'm glad Mazda didn't just sex up the current model making us all feel jealous.

You've gotta at least hand Mazda that. When they refresh a car, they make it a whole new car.

thanks mazda for keeping the same motor, now i won't need to trade my 08 in for the 2010 model

i think ours look way better, that smiling front end is ugly. the only thing i would want is the hood scoop but eventually i'll go fmic so it's pointless anyways

if i can just get the s2k bug out of my head, since 09 will be the final production run, i've been tempted to see what kinda prices i can get.
i was so dead set on trading up for the 2010 ms3 when the 300hp and awd rumors were floating around...

awd rumors always float around.. They were there for this MS3 as well. But it would have brought the price up quite a bit to start.

But as far as the s2000, I don't think you will find a better than average price on one because people will snatch them up since its the last time they can get them.

so glad i got my 09. back looks good (still like the current rear end better) but my god that front end is terrible. im not into the fogs either. to me the current models look mean up front.

That front end has got to be the worst front I've ever seen. looks like a close cousin to a dodge neon. I really like the hood scoop, but it takes away the sleeper look we have now. You wont confuse it with a regular 3 thats for sure. It will be interesting to see how the HP numbers turn out, and if they're only increased because of the hood scoop. I wonder if the boost levels will remain the same.

Arent those the same wheels that come on the 08-09 Rx8's ?

Details about the upcoming hot-hatch are yet to be released, although we can confirm that it will come with the same MZR 2.3L turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine as the current model. Output is expected to be up around the 268hp (200kW) mark.

i guess my tech at mazda was wrong about the Mazdaspeed 5 coming out before the new MS3.

i guess he was wrong, i was right. and this car is still ugly. Im perfectly happy with my 09
