LOVE that Nardi wheel. I had one that looked just like that in my 85 626 turbo (But the arms were aluminum). With a wood Momo shift knob, of course. Looked so awesome. People were always surprised. I'm always thinking about going back to that look...

On another note,

New direction I'm wanting to go

^ I have a friend that had some Toyo Proxes R888 installed and he says that if the street is even a little wet you'll be slipping all over the place. Awesome tire but just be careful with these as a daily driver. ;)

My Falken Azenis that I had on the ASA's were almost completely bald, and 4 years old.. and I've driven on the street with almost bald R-Comps before too for a fairly extended piece of time... I know the risks in the wet haha :P.

You just gotta know your limits, the cars limits, and the tire's limits, and you'll be fine. Just don't be a hero.. :P

It's alright....

Forgot to add something to the list. I added "raise engine around an inch". I'll need the extra oil pan clearance with my plans of going lower this year (already have a nice dent in it due to smashing a rock on a back road, not used to how little clearance I had haha), and the angle that my axles are at are killing me.. it's ridiculous. I'll go through axles every 2 months (believe my right front is on it's way out). I'll try to snap some pics for you guys tomorrow of both

Got an oil change done today! Got a gift card from one of my friends to Crappy Tire (Canadian Tire for all you Murrican's), so bought me some oil! Also made a trip to my local Mazda dealer, and had a nice chat with the dudes there. Apparently my car is more talked about around my area, than I had previously thought :$. That was pretty cool to hear! I'm always shocked by that

What's a build thread without pics.. everyone likes pics:

Awesome build, awesome thread!

I just can't beleive you are riding this low, with no skidplate! I'm riding higher than you and trust me my skidplate saved me a couple of times...

...and you drive slammed now... IN THE WINTER! You, Sir, are my hero!

Thanks Yannick! I'm gonna be going lower this year hehe. I don't think I'll even need a skidplate if I raise my engine up around an inch (Edit: btw, our oilpans have about an inch clearance upward compared to our subframes.. if anything scrapes, it'll be our subframes.. unless an object is big enough to knock the oilpan first lol).

Haha thanks! :D. You are too kind

My goal is to make people think I'm on air-ride, but I'm not :P

I mean, it's alright... ;). Still going to drop it another, at least, 3/8" up front, and half inch in the rear.

Speaking of which Rodrigo, did you hear anything from KSport about the springs?

From Ksport -

For the mazda 2 the spring that comes with it is the only option at this point

The rear spring is a special spring, it comes shaped like an (o) and has 2 different inner diameters, 55mm and 62.6mm.. The length is 180mm and it’s a 3kg spring.
