Akita Ak-4 Wheels on True Red MS3! PICS

Well the Tenzo DC-5 wheels just ended up being too dark for my taste so I looked around and found these and had to get 'em (yes) They look amazing on this car, now I just need to get the MS springs and i"ll be set(drive2) They have a nice size lip and the Hyper Silver finish looks great paired with the True Red. I already had one guy this past weekend in a Shelby GT500 tell me he loved the wheels. I'll try to get more pictures this weekend

Not bad but I just cant say they look any better then stock to me. The only rims I think that are better quality and look better then stock are going to cost near 2k for some nice Rays or something.

... And lose the side molding.

Hey, they don't look bad!! I like them a lot better than black wheels on a TR.
(That's just my personal preference, guys, so don't get upset and flame me for my opinion.)

And the stock MS3 wheels have always been one of my peeves about the car.

Hey on your brake calipers do you remove them to paint them or mask them off?

What wheels are the ones you have and what size?

I am on the hunt for some wheels but dont know a good place to get them or a rim with the stock offset so it wont stress the bearings from what I was told.

I find many offsets at 48 and have read that I should stay 48 to the stock 51 but many other rims are 45. What do you guys think or what is a good place to look for rims in that size?

Looks good man! What are the specs on your wheels? I"m getting the Eibach Pro Kit put on my car this weekend, I"ll be taking much better pics and have them up by monday. It should look wicked with the drop (cabpatch)

those are 18 x7.5 rims with the stock tires..they loook big because the spokes are so thin. (guitar) ...send me some pics of the eibach kit so i can check it out i thought about getting mine lowered too

I masked the calipers off ...i didnt take them off.....those are ICW racing 18 x 7.5 , with stock tires..

... Having the spokes come all the way out to the outer lip makes them look bigger too.
Not a bad combination of silver and black though. They compliment each other and look good imo.
