Aggressive fitment anyone?!

in my particular case 45-47 offset is the "most aggressive". lower and I'll have to reduce tire width, higher and I won't clear. Actually I discovered last week that at full lock, I do rub the inner front corner on the inner fender, so if I could step up the spacer a tad, I would.

also, while you're talking about my offset not being aggressive, remember, if I ran a 7" wheel, for the front face to be in the same place, I'd be running a half inch less of offset.

So I might've missed it but is the general consensus that FD's are "aggressive"? I just wanna see if I fall in that category or not, LOL.

"aggressive fitment"............lol, has nothing to do with tires/wheels, it's how the meat goes in the taco.

This thread is going downhill in a hurry... Aggressive, means you don't just put the wheels on and drive away. It takes work and planning to get proper aggressive fitment. Whether you like a moderate offset & fat tires, or a super low offset and skinny tires. It will be different on every car, as is obvious when people run proteges with 17x8 +30 and that's damn near hellaflush, whereas on an s13, that s*** would be hellasunk. So, go get some wide wheels, lower the offset, fit the most tire as you possibly can, and stfu...

I don't think I've ever had more respect for a post you've made, I could not agree more.

If you're slammed, it just means that you will be fitting a smaller tire; but you're still essentially fitting as much tire as possible. ;)

Yeah, what UC said!
