J-spec intake cam? Maybe 4-5 whp, but I don't believe it will be very effective without a good header. It needs the exhaust to compliment it and help it do it's job.

Just to be sure, J-spec cams OK for auto? I can't do other ecu with auto because none will control tranny, right?

Correct..and the cam works fine with an auto. Friend of mine had that setup and you could feel a difference under acceleration with the new cam. Unfortunately you are stuck with the stock ECU.

I was planning on getting intake and exhaust set. And, of course, the header's next. I just need to find a 4-2-1 for < 400
