Thanks man! Hey I'd love to see pics of your lightning man. A lightning in the 11s that's sick!

Haha...it seems like this whole forum is turning into everyone trying to one up each other... If you paid attention I said, Tell me what you guys think, but no hate...if you don't like it then fine, but don't sit and tell me it looks bad. I don't care about opinions...that's fine. I like when people are constructive, but for you to turn around and say that it's a poor job, or it looks bad...watch what you say because some people work hard to do mods themselves and then work extra hard...(me...)to post pics and replys to share with fellow speed owners...so sorry if I came off as an asshole. But the point of this thread was to show that we can put A-Pillar pods in our car, and if a few people like it along the way then sweet....
lol tell me what you guys think really means tell me how much you like it?
anyways, get an AEM wideband to fill in that hole.
You know, if you want to waste your money on a worthless, overpriced AEM gauge, so be it. However... a VERY smart move would be to purchase one of these...
Innovate Wideband XD-16 STANDALONE
You can also use this in conjuction with an XeDE setup.

Hey man.. I wasn't trying to hate here.. I'm just giving my first impression detail.
It's a nice shape for the pillar pod.. it's just that rippled glossy plastic makes it look like it just got taken out of a mold and slapped on..it breaks the eye. The 3 have a nice soft plastic interior, and so does the ring of that gauge you have. I just think that with probably minimal effort of a quick sanding and then some Krylon spray bomb... it would look 100 time better.
Take it how you want.
I appreciate the compliments and stuff, sorry I went off before. When I get the Wideband and have to take it out again I'll think about doing it. I was actually thinking of having the dealership paint the entire pillar on both sides the color of the car.
Mandrel Bent Piping should look like this, with NO ripples. And whoever did you welding.....lets not even get into that. I wish you were closer. I would fix everything for you.

I am truly happy you have tried to do a custom one yourself. Wish there were more guys willing to do that!!! Major Props.
The issues with the welds are this. The only time you want a weld in a bend is if you HAVE to. You want your welds to normally be on straight parts, not bends.
If you look closely at this guyz work, he seems pretty new to welding. His beads and lines are very irregular, and judging from some of the pics, don't seem to be healthy welds. Just something to think about. It looks like the guy did a hack job, and just used the piping he had on hand, instead of laying it properly and getting the piping he needed.
For instance, in this picture, you should have one 1 weld if that (no counting the weld to the canister)
