I like the look of a 17" with a beefy tire, but I am trying to figure out what is the best tire size to run. The car I most like is tigermacks

I am planing on running a set of Rota SVN

They are 17x7.5 with a 45 offset

I have been doing alot of research on tire sizes, using a tire calculator, and comparing them to sizes I have seen on other cars, as well as comparing them to stock tire sizes.

This graphs is comparing 225/50/17 to stock tire size- Stock is Tire1

Now Tigermacks car is running 255/40/17, so camparing sidewall heights to his

255/40/17 - 4.02
Stock - 3.81
225/50/17 - 4.43
235/50/17 - 4.63
or
235/45/17 - 4.16 if I want to run a Nitto Invo tire.

So my question is...what will fit? If I have to roll the rear fenders then fine, but if it will fit without even better. I am running YellowSpeed coilovers, so I can adjust height and front camber. Soon rear camber as well when I get some adjustable rear camber plates.

And do you think I will notice alot of sidewall squish or roll while running BFG G-Force KDW 2 at this size?

Do you have any pictures easy to get to by chance? And how does the larger sidewall effect handling, do you feel a little more roll in the corners, or is that balanced by running a higher psi?

Come back to MNMazda and ask mndsm, he's got some 17x8.5 or 17x9s even. Something like that... superwide.

i just ran 225 40 18 i feel like up in the air when i 75% or more throttle...maybe i need an alignment?

You can run a 17x8 or 17x9 wheel with +45 offset. If you use coilovers, run a 5mm spacers up front. These tires will work:

235/45/17
245/45/17 (tallest of the bunch)
245/40/17
255/40/17

And since you don't mind rolling fenders, just roll the rears.
