Hello all,
I started having issues with one of the advanced keys for my 2008 CX-9. I replaced the battery but still have intermittent problems with the key not working. Looks there is a loose contact inside. When I apply some pressure near the centre of the key (card) then it works. Has anyone ever opened one of these (and then successfully assembled it)? If so, what is the procedure - any hidden latches, screws? I am afraid that once I open it there is no way to put it back together and it will be destroyed.
I checked the service manual and couldn't find anything about it.
