Actually, what you are refering to ADM tail lights were introduced as standard over there on the 2003 models.

Well, Sport20 is referring to the 2.0 liter motor. So Sport15 would be a 1.5 Liter. Because if you notice the wheels only have 4 lugs, so it's a possibility.

the double shifter looks like a kit to move the knob closer to you.

you know, short asian drivers, cant reach...

but really its probably somewhat "functional" just like how rally drivers have their SMG knobs right next to the steering wheel.

has NOTHING to do w/ thier hieght.

cars in Japan have thier 1st gear to the left just like ours
