ok I tried to pm protege5online about this but he hasn't responded, is this awr mount defective? notice the bottom left hole is larger then the others. Is this normal? should I get a replacement?

lol, you should be fine. Honestly i dont think 2mm in one hole is gonna make a difference. You still have the other two holes holding it in. Have fun with that, that one is fun to install!

Not that I've seen one of these in the flesh, but it looks like somebody drilled that one hole out wider (and did a poor job at it).

The other two holes have a rounded detail on the edge, where it is eased over without burrs. The bigger hole has a "sharp" looking edge, that looks drilled out to me.

If it were mine, I'd wonder why and be dubious about installing it as who knows what the drillout did to it, the washed/bolt won't have as much surface on which to grip which effectively means its held down by two and a half bolts, not three. Given that this thing is holding up the motor, and given the torque it must experience (stock ones see the motor move about two inches when revving), I'd be afraid it will not hold.

Just my opinion though, and I am no expert.

i just looked at mine and it is the same way on mine. The hole is bigger for some reason. I dunno. I still think it should be fine.

i lined my stock and awr mount up and noticed a difference also. Since no one said anything before, i though it was just mine. If you line them up you will notice that a lilttle need to be removed. I used a step-up bit at reemed it out about an 1/8" I tried it first, but it wouldnt align correctly, so instead of wrestling with it anymore i just removed a little metal.
