Accessory Foglights for Sport Model Possible

Anyone know if the accessory foglight kit is installable on a sport model that does not have the power seat option? Is the wiring harness missing if you do not have the power seat option?

My wife bought a Sport with tech pkg and I bought her the fog kit and had the dealer install it without issue.
