acceleration issues

The transmission feels like it's sticking when I'm accelerating, its an automatic. Every 6 months I need a trani fluid change and then it's ok for another 6 months. Any suggestions ?

It is not the fluid. Something else is wrong - go to another shop!

Is the fluid level good? Burnt smelling? Frothy? Dirty/black gunky?

Are they using OEM spec fluid?

I don't go to a shop. and the trani fluid is OEM spec and looks fine. no metal shavings on the magnet either. I don't get it. lol maybe I should take it to a shop.
